To pass an order of interim injunction, restraining the 2nd respondent from bringing the lease of fishery rights at Panchahangi Kulam, Pappampatti Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District through public auction by issuing any fresh tender notification pending disposal of the above writ petition. 1/3

Prayer in WP(MD). 3093/ 2021 :

To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to impugned order of the 2nd respondent made by his proceedings in Say.Mu.No.1377/E/2020 dated 08.02.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to do fishery rights at Panchahangi Kulam, Pappampatti Village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District for the period of 5 fasli years from 1430 to 1434 commencing from 01.07.2020 by executing a lease deed as per the terms and conditions of the tender notification dated 04.01.2021 issued by the 2nd respondent by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1377/E/2020. ORDER : This Writ Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.SARAVANAN, Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners and of MR.D.VENKATESH, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Since the main Writ Petition is going to be taken up for next week, this interim Vacate Stay petition is closed.
