Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's minor daughter namely T.Karthika (aged about 17 years), daughter of late.Thangaraj before this Court, who is under the illegal custody of the third respondent and his henchmen and handover the custody to the petitioner in accordance with law .

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Karthika, aged 17 years, daughter of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is present and she has been identified by her counsel.

3. The detenu herself has made her appearance and she has been identified by her mother/petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous and therefore this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves to be dismissed.

5. In fine, this Habeas Corpus Petition deserves dismissal and accordingly is dismissed.
