ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents herein to give compensation to the petitioner for death of her husband due to electrocution based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner preferred a representation dated 08.12.2023 to the respondents for compensation to be granted for the death of the petitioner's husband due to electrocution. However, the same is pending so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4. In view of the said submission, without going into the merits or the contentions of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation preferred by 2/4
the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
