2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that on the complaint given by Jesuraj, the husband of this petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.34/2017 against the respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 and the same was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

also closed on 21.02.2017, other than that there is no other complaint against the petitioner with the first respondent.
