O R D E R

No notice is necessary to the respondents as this Court intends to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit at the earliest and it would not cause any prejudice to the respondents. 2.This revision is filed by the plaintiffs seeking for a speedy disposal of I.A.No.414 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai.

3.The said application was filed for interim injunction during pendency of the suit. The said application was kept pending from 22.07.2013 and in the said application counter was also filed on 07.12.2013. From 07.12.2013 till today, it was adjourned for enquiry and finally, it is posted on 10.04.2015.

5.Considering the limited prayer asked by the revision petitioners and the relief sought for in I.A for interim injunction during pendency of the suit, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif, Madurai to dispose of the I.A.No.414 of 2013 in O.S.No.646 of 2013 on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 30.04.2015. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
