PRAYER IN CRL A(MD) No.819 of 2022:- To Call for the records and set aside the Judgement and conviction dated 22.11.2022 made in Spl.S.C.No.38 of 2020 on the file of the learned 3rd Additional District and Sessions Court [PCR], Madurai and acquit the appellant herein.

CRL MP(MD) No.4602 of 2023 This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14843 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.819 of 2022 dated 08.12.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 12.12.2022 till today, without fail.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
