CRL MP(MD) No.4602 of 2023 This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.14843 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.819 of 2022 dated 08.12.2022.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 12.12.2022 till today, without fail.
3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
