Heard both sides.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader points out that the cause of action is yet to arise. The petitioner has not even presented any document for registration.

3.The petitioner is informed that she is at liberty to present the document in question. As and when the same is received, the second respondent has to take a call in the matter. If the second respondent wants to refuse registration, he must issue refusal check slip containing proper reasons. 4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
