PRAYER :- To extend the time granted for make settlement to de facto complainant for a further period of 2 months in Crl.Op.(MD) No.16173 of 2019 and pass such suitable orders and thereby render justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL.OP(MD)No.16173 of 2019, dated 14.11.2019 for making settlement to de-facto complainant for a further period of two months.
