ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to initiate appropriate proceedings against the second respondent for not complying with the order passed by this Court, dated 02.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1923 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that as directed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.1923 of 2022, dated 02.02.2022, now the enquiry is under progress on the file of the second respondent. In fact, the petitioner and the counter parties are directed to appear for enquiry on 21.04.2022.

3. In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry and complete the same within a period of two weeks from 21.04.2022 and comply with the direction issued by this Court.
