Prayer :- This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul to dispose the EP.No.183 of 2013 in O.S.No.567 of 1989, peding on his file, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the letter D. No.1203/2021, dated 18/08/2021 from the Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul; this Court made the following order:
The learned Principal Sub Judge, Dindigul, sent a letter dated 18.08.2022, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of E.A.No.1 of 2019 and E.P.No.183 of 2013, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 08.04.2022.
2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 18.08.2022, three months' time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 08.04.2022.
