The petitioner has come forward with these Civil Revision Petitions to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 11.11.2014 made in the I.A.Nos. 211 & 212 of 2012 in O.S.No.85 of 2010 and O.S.No.204 of 2010 on the file of the learned Vth Additional District Judge, Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the suit in O.S.No.204 of 2010 was dismissed for default on 18.08.2015 on the file of the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted a copy of Judgment dated 18.08.2015 in O.S.No.85 of 2010 and O.S.No.204 of 2010. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the above submissions, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. The suit itself was

dismissed on 18.08.2015, the order dated 11.11.2014 made in the I.A.Nos. 211 & 212 of 2012 in O.S.No.85 of 2010 and O.S.No.204 of 2010 passed by the learned Vth Additional District Judge, Madurai is also infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
