ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 406, 420, 463, 471 and 486 IPC in Crime No.474 of 2014 on the file of the and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent/State. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that in this case, investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet will be filed in the near future. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the investigation has already been completed in this case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
