ORDER
It is a petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in any manner except due process of law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that because of the involvement of the petitioner's son in a case registered under Sections 307 and 302 IPC, the petitioner has been quite often called to the police station in the name of enquiry and for the past two years, the whereabouts of his son is not known.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that there is an undertaking by the respondents that the respondents will not call the petitioner for enquiry.
