ORDER
The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representations of the petitioner, dated 31/08/2018 and 08/10/2018 in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Counsel, who takes notice for the third respondent. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The case of the petitioner is that he earlier worked as Pump Operator in the third respondent under daily wages scheme as non muster roll employee and he was ousted out from the said post. Hence, he made representations to the respondents on 31.08.2018 and 08.10.2018 (*)seeking domestic enquiry. Since the same have not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the present writ petition.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representations of the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time limit as fixed by this Court.
5. Considering the nature of the relief as sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the petitioner's case, the respondents are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 31.08.2018 and 08.10.2018 (*)seeking domestic enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
