Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to sent the enquiry report to the first respondent which has been already conducted by the second respondent 29.12.2017 based on urgent memo of the first respondent dated 14.09.2018 vide in Oo.Mu.A3/5441/2018 and consequently direct the first respondent to remove the name of Mr.Periya Vellaisamy from the petitioner's patta No.488 in Natham Survey No.1085/29 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.09.2018.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the second respondent will submit the enquiry report within a week and that the first respondent would pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months, thereafter. 3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not gone in to the merits of the matter. No costs.
