ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and two others under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's complainant before the 1st respondent dated 21.02.2023.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the basis of the complainant given by the third respondent, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, it was found that with an intention to harass the petitioner, the present complaint has been given by the third respondent, on that ground the complaint was closed.
3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
