ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to secure the accused namely Arunkumar, S/o.Muthaiah, Samathrapuram, Mangalapuram, Kadayanallur, Tirunelveli District who is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.201 of 2016.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the accused persons have obtained anticipatory bail before the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP(Crl.) No.4033-4034/2017. The respondent police have also filed charge sheet in this case and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.455 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the subsequent development in this case,nothing

survives in this petition. Hence the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
