O R D E R

This petition has been filed to directing the respondent No.2 to follow the dictum of Lalitha Kumari Case in regard of conducting preliminary enquiry to register the case against the proposed accused person who collected exorbitant interest and forged pro notes, cheque by considering the petitioner's representation, dated on 21.03.2022.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the first respondent police on 21.03.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
