This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner directing him to pay the amount as well as enquiry.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, no complaint has been received and no enquiry has been conducted and therefore, there is no question of harassment against the petitioner by respondent police. The contentions of the petitioner are not correct and therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed.

3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that there is no complaint pending against the petitioner before the respondent police and therefore, there is no question of harassment against the petitioner by the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
