RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for complying the condition imposed in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.12490/2019 dated 09/09/2019 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.ANANDHARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents and the petitioner not appeared either in person or advocate, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

2. The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail on condition to make payment of Rs.5,00,000/- in two instalments. The petitioners ought to have paid Rs.3,00,000/- on or before 20.03.2020. While granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 09.09.2019, this Court has stated that if in any event the petitioners fails to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court on 09.09.2019, anticipatory bail granted by this Court to the petitioners shall stand automatically cancelled.

3. Having failed to pay the second instalment of Rs.3,00,000/- within time the petitioners have taken out this application for extension of time for payment which expired on 20.03.2020.

4. When the matter taken up for consideration today, there is no representation for the petitioners.

5. However considering the plea of the petitioner and the pandemic situation time to pay the balance amount of Rs.3,00,000/- is extended to 15.06.2020.
