PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No.1542 of 2021 :

Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to SUSPEND THE SENTENCE made in the judgment of the appellate court in Crl. Appeal No.64 of 2018 dated 30.07.2018 on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge, Karur confirming the conviction made in C.C No.290 of 2016 dated 21.12.2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate cum Fast Track Court, Karur pending disposal of the above Criminal Revision Case.

PRAYER IN Crl.R.C.(MD) No.136 of 2021:

To allow the revision and set aside the conviction and sentence dated 21.02.2018 made in C.C.No.290 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate cum Fast Track Court, Karur, as confirmed by the judgment dated 30.07.2018, made in Crl.Appeal No.64 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge, Karur. CRL MP(MD) No.2746 of 2021 court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1542 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.136 of 2021, dated 24.02.2021. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner could not mobilise the fund and prayed some more time for depositing the amount.

3.In view of the above submissions, this Court granted further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
