Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1 of 2019 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 468, 471 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.1 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent after completing the investigation has laid the final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court and the learned Judicial Magistrate has ordered for issuance of summons to the petitioner. Based on the summon, the petitioner has also appeared before the trial Court.

3.Since the learned Magistrate has issued summons to the petitioner and the petitioner has also appeared before the trial Court, the question of granting anticipatory bail petitioner does not arise.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
