When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that survey exercise has already been undertaken. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the survey sketch and report have not been served on the petitioner. The respondents shall serve the survey sketch and report on the petitioner. 2.This Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
