O R D E R

The plaintiff has filed the above revision seeking speedy disposal of E.P.No.22 of 2013 in O.S.No.146 of 2010 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, Madurai District. 2.No notice is necessary to the respondents as this Court intends to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit at the earliest and it would not cause any prejudice to the respondents. 3.The suit is filed for redemption by the plaintiff and the same was decreed on 27.06.2013. The plaintiff also deposited the mortgage amount of Rs.40,000/-, before the filing of this E.P. The EP was filed on 10.10.2013 and it was adjourned for several times and after almost one year, the respondents had filed their counter on 02.09.2014. Thereafter, the matter had been adjourned without any progress. No doubt, the matter was referred before the Lok Adalat twice, but entered in vain. From the perusal of the records, it appears that EP has been adjourned time and again.

4.In the circumstances, this Court directs the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti Madurai District to dispose of E.P.No.22 of 2013 in O.S.No.146 of 2010, on merits and in accordance with law on or before 30.04.2015.

With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
