ORDER
The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the first respondent.
2.According to the petitioner, the second respondent has given a false complaint.
3.But the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) denies having received any complaint from the second respondent. The petitioner is however not convinced with the said explanation. 4.Therefore, interest of justice will be served by passing the following directions:- (I) The first respondent will issue summons in writing, if he wants to enquire the petitioner. There cannot be any oral summon for attending enquiry.
(II) If the first respondent registers any FIR at the instance of the second respondent, the petitioner will be given due https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5409 of 2020 notice, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. 5.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
