It is a petition seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioners dated 28.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioners, FIR has been registered on 06.01.2016 in Crime No.1 of 2016 for offences under Sections 406, 420, 120(b) IPC and Section 5 of TANPID Act.
