C.M.P.(MD)No.5851 of 2024 C.M.P.(MD)No.5851 of 2024 in C.R.P.(MD)SR.No.19141 of 2024 V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.
The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 62 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Heard Mr.A.K.Hemaraj, for the petitioners and Mr.Balaji, for the respondent.
3.Despite stout objections made by Mr.Balaji, I find that sufficient cause is made out in the application to condone the delay. Furthermore, the delay is not excessive. It is only 62 days. Therefore, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 62 days.
4.Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay is condoned. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order and list the same on 04.03.2026 under the caption 'for admission'.
