The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/ respondent for his willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court passed in W.P.(MD)No.25369 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) appearing for the contemnor would submit that Keeraithurai police registered a case in Crime No.344 of 2025 on 23.06.2025 and also produced the copy of the FIR.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the contempt petition may be closed.
