O R D E R

The learned Additional Government Pleader made a submission that part amount of terminal benefits due to the petitioner, who was the employee of the Co-operative Society has been settled.

2. This apart, it is not made clear regarding the liability of the Co-operative Society. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Revisional Authority under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, in respect of further arrears, if any, to be recovered from the Cooperative Society.
