O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 03.03.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent. For that reason, the 3rd respondent has lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent. Taking advantage of the same, the second respondent used to harass the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation on 03.03.2025 and the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

3.According to the 3rd respondent, the petitioner has approached the third respondent for getting a medical seat for the son of 3rd respondent, thereby, he has paid a sum of Rs 15 lakhs. Since the petitioner has failed to secure the medical seat and failed to repay the amount, he has lodged a complaint before the second respondent.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and the same is under investigation. They will conclude enquiry within a period of one week. 5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to dispose of the petition by directing the 2nd respondent to conclude the enquiry proceedings within a period of one week from the date of this order, in accordance with law.

6.With the above directions and observations, this petition stands disposed of.
