ORDER:- This Petitions coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 01.04.2022 and requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge, Judge (Full Additional charge) Family Court, Theni. vide letter in D.No.358/2023, dated 26.05.2023, this Court made the following order:- By an order dated 01.04.2022, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of H.M.O.P.Nos.83 and 65 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has now submitted a letter, in D.No.358/2023, dated 26.05.2023 with a request for six months time to comply with the order dated 01.04.2022 of this Court made in C.R.P(MD)Nos.732 and 733 of 2022.
