Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to direct the third respondent to survey and fix the boundary marks to the petitioner's land which is situated in survey Nos.439/4, 439/1E vide patta Nos.1689, 1819 and the extent of 0.3.00 and 0.250 Ares respectively in Pallavarayanpathai Village, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, based on his application dated 22.06.2018.

O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has given an application on 22.06.2018 for surveying the petition mentioned property. The third respondent is directed to conclude the survey exercise within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall issue notice to all the adjacent land owners. If any resistance or opposition is encountered and there appears to be any basis for the same, the authority shall relegate the parties to move the jurisdictional civil Court. 3. The Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
