This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the Sub Court, Periyakulam to dispose the case in H.M.O.P.No.65 of 2017 within time frame by this Court.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, the trial Court viz., the Sub Court, Periyakulam is directed to dispose the case in HMOP.No.65 of 2017 within period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if not already disposed of.
