O R D E R

This matter has been listed today, under the caption 'for being mentioned', at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 05.03.2026, in paragraph No.1 the tender works up to a value is mentioned as Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs only) instead of Rupees Five Crores only and prayed to rectify the same, since the above mistake is a typographical error.

3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after incorporating the following changes in paragraph No.1 of the order dated 05.03.2026 :

"This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to issue tender notice to the petitioner for works up to a value of Rs.5,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crores only) within their

respective jurisdiction before issuing the tender schedule, in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.9041 of 2014 dated 11.06.2014."

4. The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the parties. 25.03.2026 rm
