RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court in Crl OP(MD) No.604/2024 vide order dt.11.01.2024 by the condition 6(b)(i) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-(Rupees Three Lakhs only) by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Headmaster/Headmistress, Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.L.DHILIPAN PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.604 of 2024 dated 11.01.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner si not in a position to arrange Rs.3,00,000/- and hence, he prayed to modify the said condition. 3.This Court while granting anticipatory bail, the petitioner himself come forward to deposit the amount and hence, this Court granted anticipatory bail. Now, he has been taking U-turn and filed the present modification petition. Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, two weeks time is extended to comply with the earlier condition.
