This petition has been field to directing the respondents herein to issue a non-traceable certificate in respect of the CSR.No.550 of 2021 issued by the 2nd Respondent's Police Station on 17.10.2021.
2. It is seen that the petitioner's grand-father namely Arumugampillai executed a Will in favour of the petitioner, dated 27.11.1992 which was registered in the office of Sub-Registrar, Pudukottai vide Document No.74/1992. The partition deed, dated 05.09.1963 and the original Will, dated 27.11.1992 was executed in favour of the petitioner. Both the original Will and partition deed were missing while giving for photocopying in the xerox shop. The petitioner lodged a complaint before the respondent police on receipt of the same. The petitioner was issued CSR.No.550 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent and it is pending for enquiry.
3. It is also seen that the petitioner made a paper publication on 17.08.2021 with regard to missing documents and subsequent representation before the second respondent.

4. Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and issue Non traceable certificate to the petitioner after ensuring the said document has not been deposited for any purpose within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
