ORDER

The revision is filed against the return of the plaint without being numbered.

2. It is the claim of the petitioner that all the returns, that have been pointed out by the Registry, have been complied with.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned District Munsif, Thuraiyur, is directed to number the plaint, if otherwise everything is in order, without going into the merits of the case.

4. The Registry is directed to return the original plaint to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after substituting the

same with a photocopy. From the date of return, the petitioner/plaintiff is directed to represent the plaint before the Court concerned for numbering, within two weeks.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
