Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, praying to prefer this Memorandum of Civil Revision Petition against the fair and decreetal order dated 27.01.2017 passed in E.A.No.147 of 2012 in E.P.No.157 of 2000 in O.S.No.961 of 1996 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Palani. ORDER: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JANAKIRAMULU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.D.VENKATESH, Advocate for the Respondents the court made the following order:- By order dated 16.02.2018 in C.M.P.(MD) No.176 of 2018 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ C.R.P.(MD) No.SR40992 of 2017, this Court directed the petitioner

to pay a sum of Rs.1000/- (Rupees Thousand Only) as cost to the Legal Aid Service.

2. Now the petitioner has come up with the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition seeking extension of time to pay the cost.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted one week's time from today to pay the cost as per order dated 16.02.2018.
