This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent police to file the final report in the Crime No.406 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No. 406 of 2021 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the said submission, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
