3. According to the First Information Report, the petitioners herein along with other have attacked the defacto complainant with wooden log.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) would submit that the defacto complainant sustained injuries and got admitted in the hospital and later discharged.
5. Taking into consideration the nature of offence committed by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
