PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in his order in proceedings in Moo.Mu. No. 10276/F2/2018 dated Nil.02.2023, signed on 10.02.2023, on his file and the consequential order of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. 9699/Ee4/2022, dated Nil.02.2023 on his file, and quash the same.

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent on 10.02.2023 approving the fourth respondent as the Secretary of the second respondent college.
2. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the tenure of the fourth respondent has expired and he also passed away.
3. In view of the abovesaid facts, nothing survives for further 2/4
adjudication. Hence, this writ petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioners to approach the respondents 1 and 2, if any fresh proposal emanates. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
