ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the wife for issuing a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai. to dispose the DVC.No.41 of 2014 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Since the revision petition is filed for early disposal of the case, issuance of notice to the respondents is not necessary.

3. Since the DVC petition is pending from the year 2014 and that the case has been posted for arguments, this Court is inclined to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai. to dispose the DVC.No.41 of 2014, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
