The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No. 512 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.512 of 2024 has been completed and a Final Report has also been filed as 'further action dropped' before the learned Judicial Magistrate V, Madurai, through E-filing. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
