ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 406, 498 (A) and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.14 of 2016, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.This Court posed a specific question to the petitioner as to what arrangement would he make for the monthly maintenance of his wife. The petitioner answered in negative.

4.Considering the nature of the allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
