ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the Petitioner's possession and enjoyment in the property comprised in S.N.222, Kurayur Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District thereby amounting to interference in civil dispute on the basis of the complaint lodged by the respondents 3 and 4.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the respondents 3 and 4 the second respondent enquired the petitioner and the same was closed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
