2. The petitioner wants the petition mentioned decrees to be registered. The respondents have raised an objections that the application for registration has not been made within the stipulated time.

3.It has been held that the time limit is not mandatory it only directory. Therefore, the respondents are directed to register the petition mentioned decrees.
