The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2016 and to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family for their life and limb. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions, would submit that the respondent police would give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.08.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and to give police protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner.
