O R D E R

The writ petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 27.01.2021 in Sa.Mo.Aa.No.6567/2018/Pa1 issued by the fourth respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the fourth respondent to reinstate the petitioner with all consequential, pensionary benefits.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the third respondent on 15.02.2021 as against the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent. The said appeal is still pending and no orders have been passed.

3. In view of the above statement made in the affidavit, this court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and the petitioner in the writ petition to work out his remedy before the appellate authority. Consequently, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
