ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first to third respondents.

2.The prayer made in this writ petition cannot be granted. The Honourable Supreme Court in the decision reported in 2016 (10) SCC 767 (Sathya Pal Anand Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh and others) held that the competent authority to cancel the registration of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

document is only the Civil Court. Therefore granting liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court, this Writ Petition stands dismissed.
