The Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors for their willful disobedience to implement the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.15468 of 2020 dated 06.11.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the contemnors would submit that the order of this Court dated 06.11.2020 has been complied with and he has also produced the copy of the proceedings dated 28.03.2024.
